Northwest Escrow Services, Inc., collects all papers and documents necessary to set up an escrow account, including the escrow contracts, memorandums of escrow agreement, payment coupons, self-addressed envelopes and accounting services. Included in the escrow contract are statements regarding purchase price, down-payment if one has been made, interest rate, payment due dates, tax information, insurance information, binding clause on heirs and assigns, penalty for non-payments, default payment penalty, forfeiture clause, and special conditions as agreed to by the contracting parties.
